I want to wear them in my hair to match an outfit but i don’t want to dye a streak whenever I want a change, my hair is blonde and long with choppy layers. I’m not emo, but I wear all different styles, whatever I feel like. I go all hollister/prep or sophisticated… then go with skinny jeans and bright colors and coverse (etc) the next day, So i want colored hair streaks for those days!!!

Oh and I mean the colored streaks like in Aquamarine… she had the blue in her hair. But any color is fine with me.
Does hot topic have them? if not where do i get them reasonable priced and not to cheesy looking?

I would like to dye my hair but was told I cannot if my natural hair growth is dark brown and the regrowth is a brownish red. What color should I dye my hair so it will be my natural color? Can I dye it dark brown?

I have medium to dark brown hair and want to use Special Effects Fishbowl color but I don’t want to bleach first would using yellow first make it light enough?

I really cant bleach it, my parents would kill me if it was blonde.
