My sister is going to this formal event, and she wants to know what kind of black dress would be best suited for her.

She is 5′3. Her measurements are 41-41-43. Her arms, legs and torso are pretty much proportional.

Also, what kind of body type does she have?

What is their goal, to decrease population? I know it is insane, but Idi Amein did the same this for a while. Why not build cities and plumbing and highways. Who are these insane people there buying weapons and putting them in the hands of literally little kids to kill their own people. I just started a new diet, which involves no white rice, but brown rice takes forever to cook. It’s so frustrating when I’m starving!
Once the rice has boiled do I turn it to simmer?
Murray you must be a genius to come up with that answer LOL. You know what, there are other factors than reading instructions that can affect an outcome … (type of pot, temperature, cooker etc.)

I’ve been bleaching my hair for the past couple months, the tips are light blond, and the routes are a darker yellowish blond. (weird how that happened, I know)

I’ve been using Shimmer Lights shampoo to rid of the brassy tones, but each time I apply it, it leaves a lilac residue in the mid sections of the hair after repeatedly shampooing with regular shampoo and rinsing. Also, it has not lifted the yellow tones at the roots. Please help me someone!!

Right in the middle of Lincoln Rd mall is this wild looking tree. It is right where the main outdoor dining area is and where the palm tree and parrots are. This is the only tree I have ever seen like this. It is big and has orchid-looking flowers handing down and also has large fruit resembling an eggplant (but green). It is about half way down the outdoor mall. No body has ever been able to tell me what this is. Any ideas?
This tree is in the outdoor Lincoln Rd mall in South Beach, Florida (Miami). I will take a picture the next time I am there.
