I need help with a few things for my party. Here is the info on the party. It will begin in the late afternoon/early evening and continue into the night. There will be about 30 people at the party–it’s a co-ed 13th birthday party. There will be mostly girls, though. The theme is a color theme, which is lime, magenta, and orange.There will be music/dancing as well as a pool and jacuzzi. These are the things I need help with :

–how early should I send out the invitations, and should I include a response card or a RSVP number?
–what time should the party start and end?
–what should I give people to take home (party favors)? Don’t say that we’re too old for those. I was thinking something more classy-looking, such as a candle and a small box of candy along with a burnt CD, or something of the sort. Still looking for ideas
–music–should I make a music mix before hand or tell people to bring CDs?

I am very craftsy, so I can make things look very nice when really, I got them at the $1 store. The party will be on a friday night.
