i really don’t know what to do. ?

i am on the nuvaring for birth control and i take it out once a week to clean it and i took it out about a week ago and realized i had a yeast infection.
well i got monistat 3 and used it and after i was done with that for about 2 days i got the 7 day stuff.
i took my ring out and am keeping it out.
i have recently had some magenta-red like blood clots when i wipe.
i have no idea what is going on..
